That’s John “Bowser” Bowman of Sha-Na-Na signing something for Sen. Karen Keiser. He’s here testifying on the “Truth in Music” bill, which would prohibit tribute bands from calling themselves, say, Sha-Na-Na, if the band doesn’t include any of the original band members.
