TVW to air gubernatorial debate between McKenna, Inslee

Republican gubernatorial candidate Rob McKenna and Democrat Jay Inslee will hold their first debate of the election season on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. in Spokane. The hourlong debate is sponsored by the Association of Washington Business and will be carried live on TVW and streamed on the web at tvw.org.

Attorney general candidates Democrat Bob Ferguson and Republican Regan Dunn will also debate at the event.

Tune in to TVW starting at 1:45 p.m. We’ll have a live special edition of The Impact offering analysis of the event, both before and after the debates. The attorney general debate starts at 2 p.m., followed by the gubernatorial event at 3:30 p.m.

The debate will be moderated by Austin Jenkins, host of Inside Olympia and a public radio correspondent with Northwest News Network.
